Arrived on time...completed install of flooring.. cleaned up after install. Moved all furniture as necessary... Looked like new when complete...

My situation was very interesting. I had previously contracted someone to start the work on my floors and the day the project was supposed to start, the person did not... read more show, nor did they answer any text. So, in a panic because I had cases of flooring hanging out in my garage, I did a quick Google search and found Flooring Friend. I text Mark on Wednesday evening, and he arrive at my home on Thursday afternoon, promptly and was able to do a walk through and give me a quote within hours, which was great. To top it off, he was also able to fit me into his schedule for his team to start the next day Friday. His team showed up at 9:30am as schedule and after showing them where the material was, they went right to work. I was literally in aww at the speed and professionalism his team had. They did not “lollygagging” and was about getting work down. I was previous quoted that the job would take about a week or two to complete (2000 square feet), his team knocked it out in 3 DAYS!!!!!! There is so much good stuff I can write about the Flooring Friend team, but I would conclude it with, they are true professionals and flexible, and I already have other projects in my home that I will be reaching out to them to complete.
