Delray Beach Flooring Installation

After 4 days of searching for a carpet installer I made a request through HomeAdvisor just after 7PM. Shockingly, Mark called me a few minutes later. I had a small... read more but urgent job and had been blown off/ignored by other companies I'd called. Mark took the time to understand my request and was able to schedule an installer for the next day. The installer, Seymore, was on time, very professional, and did an amazing job. I'm so grateful for Mark and Seymore. I cannot thank them enough and will absolutely contact Flooring Friend for any flooring job that I have in the future.

Mark responded immediately when we asked for help. He was very accommodating and very concerned with delivering great service.

My situation was very interesting. I had previously contracted someone to start the work on my floors and the day the project was supposed to start, the person did not... read more show, nor did they answer any text. So, in a panic because I had cases of flooring hanging out in my garage, I did a quick Google search and found Flooring Friend. I text Mark on Wednesday evening, and he arrive at my home on Thursday afternoon, promptly and was able to do a walk through and give me a quote within hours, which was great. To top it off, he was also able to fit me into his schedule for his team to start the next day Friday. His team showed up at 9:30am as schedule and after showing them where the material was, they went right to work. I was literally in aww at the speed and professionalism his team had. They did not “lollygagging” and was about getting work down. I was previous quoted that the job would take about a week or two to complete (2000 square feet), his team knocked it out in 3 DAYS!!!!!! There is so much good stuff I can write about the Flooring Friend team, but I would conclude it with, they are true professionals and flexible, and I already have other projects in my home that I will be reaching out to them to complete.
